Sally Clayton is a nationally recognised expert in economic development, funding acquisition, and strategic planning, with over two decades of experience driving business growth and resilience across Australia. As the Managing Director of Mint Key and an Australian Certified Economic Developer (ACEcD), Sally has supported clients in securing millions of dollars in funding, developing robust business strategies, and navigating complex project environments.
Sally completed the Data Analysis for Management program at the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2025, further enhancing her capabilities in delivering data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making. She specialises in economic modelling, feasibility studies, and business case development, skills that underpin her work across a wide range of sectors, including Aboriginal corporations, tourism, agriculture, defence, manufacturing, and the creative industries.
A skilled facilitator and presenter, Sally regularly leads workshops and mentoring programs for government, not-for-profits, and businesses, with a focus on grant writing, business planning, strategy, and sustainable growth. Georgia is a brand strategist, brand designer, graphic designer and website designer with experience across brand development, digital design, annual reports, publications, campaigns and website development.
She works with businesses and organisations to build brands that are clear, considered and consistent. From defining brand positioning, target audiences and tone of voice through to visual identity design, Georgia brings strategy and creativity together to create brands with a strong foundation and a distinct presence.
Georgia also designs Shopify and Squarespace websites, creating user-friendly digital experiences that reflect each client’s brand and support their business objectives. She is a Shopify Partner and Squarespace Circle Member, with experience across ecommerce, service-based and informational websites.
